Estany Pudent is a salt lake located in the north of Formentera and forms part of the Ses Salines Natural Park. An irrigation canal built back in the 18th century converted Estany Pudent into a salt water lake that measures just four metres in depth. This lake is famous as many birds stop off here during the migration season, including the majestic flamingo. At Hotel Levante we recommend taking a bicycle ride to spot birds and enjoy the landscape.
